Franklin County Meet results

Rowan traveled to the Franklin County Invitational to run on the course where the State Championship will be held.  The race will be at the KY Horse Park on November 9th. Nick Anderson was 3 seconds off his PR on the Championship course at 18:40 and 75th place ( out of 228) . A mark

Morgan County Invitational 9/19/14

Morgan County Cross Country Invitational. Friday, September 19 Sorghum Run  Bus Departure: TBD   Location:       Pleasant Valley Golf Course  –  on the outskirts of West Liberty, about 3 miles from the high school.  This is the same location as the Invitational last year.  Very good footing.  2-lap course for 5K.  Sloping hills on course.

The boys and girls Cross Country teams participated in the Tomcat Invitational on Thursday, September 4th.   The meet was held at Wildwood Park in Ashland. After a 1 hr delay due to lightening and heavy rain, the event got underway.   The rain made for a muddy course.   We had runners in the

Sept. 4, 2014 Wildwood Park Nolte Ashland, KY 41101   The course is run entirely on trails and grass and is a combination of rolling hills and flat areas, which should provide for exciting races.  The infamous “HEARTBREAK HILL” is a large part of the course’s popularity. The high school races will be 5,000 meters,
