The boys and girls basketball team both advanced to the Region Basketball Tournament starting tonight in the AAC on the campus of Morehead State University. Throughout the season, the Rowan County Vikings and Lady Vikings have acquitted themselves well against the best competition the state has to offer. This week the Lady Vikings had a big win over Lewis County on Tuesday and fell a little short to Covington Holly Cross on Thursday night.
